These terms govern your use of fluxwisemarketing.com (the “Site”), operated by FLUXWISE MARKETING PTE. LTD. (UEN 202615617G), a company incorporated in Singapore. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational presence describing our company and the services we offer. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding commitment, or professional advice of any kind. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement.

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own reference. You may not:

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, and we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies. The date at the top reflects the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where a breach occurs.
