This policy explains how FLUXWISE MARKETING PTE. LTD. (“Fluxwise”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website, fluxwisemarketing.com, and with correspondence you send us.
This policy covers this website only. Any mobile application published by Fluxwise carries its own privacy policy, presented in the app and on its store listing. Where an app policy exists, that policy governs the app — not this one.

What we collect
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Technical information
This site is served through Cloudflare. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data — including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — in order to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as our service provider.
What we do not collect
- We do not operate user accounts on this website.
- This website contains no forms and collects no data you submit through the page.
- We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track visitors across other sites.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Third parties
Two third parties may receive data when you visit this site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS and security. Technical request data is processed as described above.
- Google LLC — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which necessarily discloses your IP address to Google for that request. No cookie is set by us for this purpose.
Legal basis and your rights
We process the data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in responding to people who contact us, and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent when you choose to write to us.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We honour these requests regardless of your location.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies to a particular visitor, we apply the corresponding rights to that visitor.
To exercise any right, write to privacy@fluxwisemarketing.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete it. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period in line with that provider's standard practice.
International transfers
We are based in Singapore, and our service providers operate globally. Data described in this policy may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
Children
This website is directed at businesses and professional audiences. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our activities change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
